Event Photography

Game Participation Data

During our interactive events we may store information related to your participation, including your player name, event and participant identifiers, character assignments, game progress, votes, award selections, event responses, and results. A private portal link may contain an access token used to authenticate your session. This information is used to operate, score, secure, and conclude the event and to improve future experiences.

Treat your Character Portal link as confidential. If you believe it has been shared or used without permission, contact us so we can replace or disable it.

Children's Privacy

The Character Portal is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
